Hosted Parties: Hosted parties are available for guests 5 years old or older. You may book a hosted party on Friday evening or anytime on Saturdays. We do not host parties during the week or on Sundays. Our party hosts will arrive at your location approximately 30 – 45 min. prior to party time. We ask that your table(s) be cleared and ready to decorate upon arrival. We are responsible for set-up, running a smooth party and clean-up. Our hosts are booked for a 1 1/2 hr. party (may be extended to 2 hrs. depending on the number of guests) with approx. 1/2 hr. for set-up and 1/2 hr. for clean-up. The last ½ hr. of your 2 hr. party can be for opening gifts. During this time, our party hosts will clean-up & get ready to go.

Self-Hosted parties:
A self-hosted party is a great way to have a fabulous party and save money!  Celebrations! will deliver everything to your door a day or two before your party.  A party guide is included in all self-hosted parties and is filled with detailed instructions on how to run a smooth party, party games, etc.  We recommend that you read the entire party guide before your party.  On party day, you (be sure to enlist some helpers) will host your own party!  After your party, we will schedule a pick-up time, or you can return the rental items if you prefer. A $300 security deposit is required at time of delivery (check only). When items are returned to us in good condition, your deposit is fully refunded.

Suggested time allotted for party: Most of our parties are designed to take 1 1/2 hours with 1/2 hour for present opening. Total 2 hrs. If you are hosting your own party, feel free to take as much time as you wish & spread out the activities as you see fit. You may want additional time if you have planned a luncheon, dinner, have over 10 guests, or if you have ordered one of the parties with the Make-an-Animal package or the Spa Girlz party.

Food & Beverages: If your party has dress-up items, we ask that these items be set aside while eating.  Celebrations! does not bring any food or drink to any party other than a hosted tea party. It is up to you to provide the cake and any food or drink you wish to serve. Don’t forget the candles!
