Party Size: Our party packages are for 8 guests including the birthday child, however, you may add as many additional guests as you wish. Some parties do have a 12 guest limit. We will need a final head count 3 days prior to delivery day. If you are unsure of the number of guests, you can estimate high and you will only be charged for the number of guests that attend. There is a $2 re-stocking fee (per guest) if you wish to return the un-used favor items to Celebrations. 

Tables & Chairs: Please take into account how large your home/backyard is, bad weather conditions (if it’s held outside), seating for all guests, etc. It is preferable for all the guests to be able to sit around one large table to eat cake, play a game & possibly do a craft. You might take this into account when deciding how many guests to invite. A kitchen or dining room table will work for most parties; however, if you do not have a table big enough to accommodate all your guests, you may need to rent additional tables & chairs from another source. If hosted, your party may come with a “throne”. A flat-backed chair with no arms is needed for this to fit properly.

Items to have on hand: Camera with film and/or video camera to preserve those precious memories. CD player (portable is nice for outside) if your party comes with music. Permanent markers & masking tape to write names of guests on everything they take home. Safety pins for helping costumes fit the little ones.

No Smoking: To keep our rental items in good condition, we kindly ask that you inform your adult guests of our policy. Thank you!
